Proactive Home Workstation Ergonomic Assessments

In our Proactive Home Workstation Ergonomic Assessments, we assess the safety of workspaces that have been set up by employees.Working from home should be considered as an extension of the office so all ergonomic and safety aspects need to be assessed to ensure that the risk of injury is minimised.

Ergonomic Office
These assessments are aimed at identifying risk factors at the workstation that may cause injury and finding preventative solutions to these problems, including:
  1. Analysis of all aspects of the workstation – chair, desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse and the placement of these at the workstation.
  2. Analysis of the employee – job requirements and their working posture.
  3. Discussion of rest and stretch breaks throughout the day to minimise injuries.
  4. Recommendations including any equipment that may be required.
Workstation Assessment
Following a home office workstation assessment a report will be provided to human resources within 48 hours outlining any issues that we have identified and any recommendations that we have to ensure your employee is set up safely.
