Unlike traditional Pilates routines, clinical Pilates is designed for patients who want a more focused and direct exercise regimen that can be adjusted to target specific muscle groups or joints around the body.
While it helps to strengthen your core and improve flexibility, clinical Pilates is often used as part of a larger rehabilitation program to help patients recover from surgeries or injuries, allowing them to stay as fit and active as possible through that time.
Clinical Pilates also requires participants to utilise mindfulness and body awareness techniques that can help to improve concentration, relieve stress and support positive mental health and well-being.
Note: Maximum of three people per class to ensure an individualised program
