Meet Our Podiatrist Teresa Fitzpatrick
Why did you become a Podiatrist?
I became a Podiatrist because I love caring for and helping others! I enjoy being hands-on at work and it brings me great satisfaction knowing that I can make an immediate impact on one’s quality of life. Podiatry has so many different aspects and is so interesting!!
What sort of patients do you most enjoy helping?
I enjoy helping people who want to help themselves! There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone achieve their goals, whether that be to improve balance, walk pain free or strengthen the lower extremity and improve overall health.
Interesting things you have done in your career?
I have had experience in both regional and metropolitan areas, having had the opportunity to work amongst people from all walks of life. I have experience with wounds, diabetes assessments, sport and rehabilitation and paediatrics!

Mizuno Wave Sky 3 or New Balance 880’s
What do you do to keep fit?
I love playing team sports – netball, tennis etc. But also love going for walks, runs, to the gym and hoping to get back into gymnastics soon!
Greatest sporting achievement?
Landing my first double tuck!
If you could jump on a plane and visit one city, which would it be?
Favourite thing to do outside of work?
Hang out with friends and do all things active!
