From a young age I have always felt happiest when I’m moving my body, I have dabbled in multiple different sports and I pretty much hate sitting still! I decided to follow my passion for exercise by studying physiotherapy so that I could provide happiness to others by assisting them to return to movement and the specific activities they love to do!
I love treating the everyday athlete! I have a particular interest in sporting injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. I love to draw on my Clinical Pilates education to aid rehabilitation as I have noticed the dramatic improvements in my own aches and niggles since commencing regular Pilates practice.
Prior to joining the Boost Collective team I was working as a physiotherapist in regional Western Australia. During this time I was lucky enough to explore coal mining sites and treat the miners. I also had the pleasure of observing upper and lower limb surgeries at St John of God Hospital!
I love to do a variety of forms of exercise to keep myself healthy and happy! Currently I’m enjoying running and resistance training classes to keep my body strong and yoga to relax my mind and stretch my muscles!
Last year I managed a personal best during a 12km fun run so now I’m working towards completing a half marathon!
I’ve recently ticked off New York City from my bucket list so now I’ve got my eyes on the Maldives! (That might have something to do with it currently being winter as well!)
I like to sit at a cafe with a good coffee and cake or do something outdoorsy like hiking or horse riding
