Georgia Ingravalle

Practice Operations Manager

Why did you become a Client Experience Officer?
Client/customer experience has been the centre of my whole working life – it was a no brainer to want to continue providing memorable patient experience within a team that is equally as passionate about creating a warm and inviting environment for our patients. I love having the opportunity before and after a patient’s treatment to leave a lasting impression with genuine care for them.

What do you love most about being part of the CEO team at Boost Health?
Being a part of a team of like minded individuals who can come together with all their strengths and passions to create an environment for our patients and Boosters to thrive in truly is amazing. I love spending my days surrounded by enthusiastic team members who love to nurture each other and our patients like I do.

What do you do to keep fit?
I go to BFT (Body Fit Training) most days and love to do some ‘heavy’ weights in the home gym. When the weather is a sunny dream I love getting outdoors walking, riding my bike or going for a jog!

Greatest sporting achievement?
My greatest sporting achievement isn’t the medals or trophies, but dedicating nearly 15 years of my life to competition swimming – I do not miss the taste of 4am Up & Go shakes on the way to training before school, but I do take my hat off to everyone who competes in swimming!

If you could jump on a plane and visit one city, which would it be?
I am itching to visit Italy – I would love to go whilst I still have family there and see where my grandparents grew up, and where my Dad spent a lot of his years as a kid.

Favourite thing to do outside of work?
Anything low key with my partner, friends and family fills my bucket outside of work – brunch, a walk, car wash gossip, anything!

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Traralgon, Gippsland. I spent the first 21 years of my life there, moved up and down from Melbourne for a few years between jobs before staying permanently in Melbourne from 2021.
