Together you will come up with a plan to help you get the best out of yourself. Whether it may be getting out of pain, get back to activities you love or be able to perform tasks you thought you’d never get back to.

What Is A Graded Exercise Program?

Gradually increasing exposure to exercise, allows your body to adapt to new conditions. By working with you issues and not around them, your Exercise Physiologist will guide you through safe and effective exercises. As you progress, you slowly become increasingly resilient, feel better overall and reduce the likelihood of injury/reinjury in the future.

We understand the complexities which come with a chronic condition. Our Exercise Physiologist will assist you in discovering issues which are preventing exercise or movement and help to address them directly.
