EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO LEAD A TEAM OF EXCELLENT HUMANS AND MANAGE THE OPERATIONS OF A GROWING PRACTICE

Prior leadership or allied health experience is not necessarily required as this is a very well supported role with significant training provided.

The Role:

Our Practice & Operations Manager plays a huge role in the successful running of our clinic and is valued accordingly. Oue leadership team works closely together in striving towards achieving our collective vision.

Client experience and support of the team is a significant focus for this role and the goal is to make sure we’re delivering amazing experiences every time.
This position is full time working across our Nunawading and North Ringwood clinics with a combination of time on the reception desk and time in the office to delve into deeper work.

Things you will be responsible for:

  • Patient Nurturing to ensure that our patients have an incredible experience each time they visit the clinic
  • Support of the Boosters in coaching our client experience team to thrive in their roles and supporting our team of practitioners so that they can create amazing outcomes for their patients.
  • Business development and strategy as a valued member of our leadership team
  • Being an Ideal Team Player

  • You show initiative and you are a self-starter, always looking for what needs to be done and finding better ways to do things.
