What are some exercises I can do for my heel pain?

Are you suffering from heel pain? Is it stopping you from doing the things that you love?

How would it feel to be able to get up in the morning without that burning pain that you experience for your first few steps of the day?  Or to come home from work without aching feet?

At Boost Health, we understand that heel pain can be really frustrating and debilitating.  We also know that there is a solution!

Our Podiatrists are experts in treating heel pain.  It’s something that we see in our practice daily… and we’d love to help!

It’s important that we find the cause of the heel pain so that we can treat it properly rather than just treating the symptoms so we recommend a thorough assessment with a Podiatrist so that we can create a treatment plan that is personalised to you.

We have many tools up our sleeves to address heel pain.  If it’s become chronic it can take a while to get rid of it and return to doing what you love…. but we get the best (and fastest!) results with persistence, consistency of treatment and consistency of home exercises.
