Please phone the clinic and chat to one of our friendly Client Experience Officers about billing and rebates for specific treatments. Full payment is required at the time of consultation. In some instances, with prior arrangement with our admin staff, it may be necessary to pay by credit card over the phone or via bank transfer, in which case our bank details are: BSB: 063 142, Account #: 1043 4159.

Our Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Physiotherapy and Podiatry treatments are covered by most Private Health Insurers, under ‘Extras Cover’. We are able to swipe your card on the spot with our HICAPS machine, so you will only be required to pay the gap.

Our patients are also able to claim their Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Physiotherapy and Podiatry appointments through WorkCover. The appropriate paperwork needs to be presented to our admin staff in order for us to authenticate the claim prior to the initial appointment. Note that WorkCover rarely pays the entire consultation fee so you may be out of pocket for partial treatment fees.

You may also be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management plan. This would entitle you to up to five Medicare subsidised Podiatry appointments in a calendar year at our clinic. If this is the case, your GP will arrange the paperwork to be sent to our clinic, usually via fax at 9894 0242. We require this care plan prior to your initial appointment.

Patients who have a white or gold Department of Veteran’s Affairs card are also eligible for Podiatry and Physiotherapy care that is fully subsidised by the DVA. All DVA patients will need a referral from their GP prior to their initial consultation. Patients with a white DVA card will also be required to provide a new referral annually.

Podiatry and Physiotherapy consultations may also be covered by TAC.
